How do credits work?
Credits pay for videos. One video costs 50 credits at 480p, 100 credits at 768p, and 200 credits at 2K. The price is the same whichever maiden or format you choose.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Do credits expire?
Yes. The credits in a pack last 30 days from the day you buy it. Credits you have not used by then are removed.
Which pack should I buy?
The Straw Pack is enough for one 768p video or two at 480p. The Thread Pack is the smallest pack that pays for a 2K video. The Gold Pack has the lowest price per video.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy another pack at any time. Running out of credits does not remove videos you have already made.
Are credits returned if a video fails?
Yes. Credits are held when you start a video and are only spent when the video is delivered. If a photo is rejected by the safety check, or the video cannot be made, the held credits are released. A delivered video stays charged even if you do not like the result.
